NOTICE TO ALL ADVERTISERS AND RENTERS - You are responsible for verifying any and all claims made by prospective renters or vacation property owners or agents. You assume all liability for use of any information found in any Dynamic Vacation Rentals publication. The Company and its affiliates assume no responsibility for and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here. The Company makes no warranty as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose with respect to TraverseRentalGuide.com. NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Subscription Cancellation Policy Dynamic Vacation Rentals listings are offered on a non-refundable semi-annual basis. In the event you cancel listing prior to the end of the 6 month contract, no refunds will be made.
PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET - If you wish to remove your property from Dynamic Vacation Rentals, we can temporarily deactivate the listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Dynamic Vacation Rentals listing runs through the original term of purchase, and the renewal date does not change (i.e. the renewal date will not be extended for the amount of time the property is off the market).
SELLING A DYNAMIC VACATION RENTALS LISTING - Warning to potential purchasers and sellers of Dynamic Vacation Rentals listings (i.e. the sale of the listing, not the sale of the property): Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund.
