Subscribers should use information practices that treat customers' personal information with care. They should post and adhere to a privacy policy based on fair information principles, take appropriate measures to provide adequate security, and respect customers' preferences regarding unsolicited email.
Fiduciary Responsibility
Subscribers involved with handling the monies of others, both deposits and payments, should be continuously aware of their fiduciary responsibility to the guests. "Fiduciary" simply means handling funds on behalf of another. Integral to that definition is the element of trust which is as much a responsibility, as it is a privilege.
