Subscribers should not engage in deceptive or misleading practices with regard to any aspect of electronic commerce, including advertising, marketing, or in their use of technology.

Subscribers should disclose to their customers and prospective customers useful and complete information about the properties and individuals involved in the vacation rental transaction.

Information Practices and Security

Subscribers should use information practices that treat customers' personal information with care. They should post and adhere to a privacy policy based on fair information principles, take appropriate measures to provide adequate security, and respect customers' preferences regarding unsolicited email.

Fiduciary Responsibility

Subscribers involved with handling the monies of others, both deposits and payments, should be continuously aware of their fiduciary responsibility to the guests. "Fiduciary" simply means handling funds on behalf of another. Integral to that definition is the element of trust which is as much a responsibility, as it is a privilege.

Customer Satisfaction

 Subscribers should seek to ensure their customers are satisfied by honoring their representations, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and responsive manner.
