Wisconsin Sea Scouts

A Bay-Lakes Council “Tribute to Sea Scouting” luncheon in December 1978.  Commander Thomas J. Keane paid tribute to the men who have given so many years to the Sea Scouting program.  This group of Scouters has a total tenure of over 412 years of Scouting.
