You become a Lion by invitation from the Sturgeon Bay Lions Club.  To be considered for membership, first arrange a Club Visit to meet the members of The Sturgeon Bay Lions club. Tell our club you are considering membership and want to attend a meeting to learn more. Then, download a Membership Application or request one from memberops@lionsclubs.org.  Send the completed Membership Application directly to the Sturgeon Bay Lions Club or the club you are interested in joining.
