After hearing about Pedro’s plight, many individuals both inside and outside the real estate industry has come to Pedro’s aide. We believe that neighbors should help and aide neighbors placed in tough unfair situations. While Pedro is not out direct neighbor he has been wronged and with the help of others like ourselves we hope to correct this wrong. To this end we have planned a benefit in Pedro’s honor. While it may not solve his situation 100%, it is a start of a process which we hope will free Pedro of this unfair situation. And we hope that in the process we will make others like Pedro aware that there are unscrupulous people who will take advantage of them.
