Getting Started on the Right Track

Buying a property is the most important financial investment decision you will make.   Dynamic Real Estate will make this transaction so smooth; all that will concern you is your move.

 

To help you get started, it is important that you are prepared to start your property search.  Below are some tips that will help you get started.

 

Tips for Buyers; the easy steps toward purchasing a property!

 

 —      Find a Dynamic Professional you like and trust. Then stick with that choice. One Dynamic Team Professional is better than ten. You will become that Dynamic Team Professional’s priority and will be notified of listings to come, as well as listings that are brand new on the market. Be loyal to your Dynamic Team Professional and she/he will work hard for you.

 

—       Schedule an appointment to see four or five properties that meet your needs. Seeing one at a time wastes your valuable time and doesn't give you a basis for comparison. Then, compare: Choose “Property A” or “Property B”? If “Property B”, then compare “Property B” to “Property C”? The process of elimination really helps to focus your search.

 

—       Speak with several banks and mortgage companies about their programs. Choose one you like and apply for a pre-approval certificate. This will give you the competitive edge that you will need when you have found the perfect property.

 

—       Once you've completed the rational approach, trust your gut. Ask yourself, "how upset will I be if I lose this property?" If the answer is "very", go for it! Set up an appointment with your Dynamic Team Professional sooner, rather than later. You will need to write a personal check (Earnest Money) to bind the offer. The Earnest Money deposits are held by a Trust Account and are protected by State Regulations.  Give your broker a copy of your pre-approval letter and a list of any information about you that can be shared with the seller to convince them that you are fully qualified and serious buyers.
