Forecasting is aided by information derived from many sources, such as: · · Various National Associations · Private state, local and national Businesses 2. market analysis: -Analysis of current, past and future market trends are a daily matter. Property listings with our firm are analyzed on a biweekly basis to assure that current information is obtained for our clients. This is accomplished in a number of ways: · comparative market analysis · properties currently on market · recent sales · properties which did not sell 3. fiscal analysis: -Provide clients with detailed analysis of the past, present and future performance of properties in which they have an interest or wish to acquire an interest, using: · capitalization method · construction method 4. attendance at meetings: -On behalf of our clients, as usual course of business, local Boards of Zoning, Common Council, Planning Board and Association meetings are attended as well as daily meetings with city planners and engineers, etc. 5. presentations, budgeting: -Presentations before governing bodies and area residents are supported by computer generated displays and graphics. Budgeting is accomplished by many methods as may be dictated by the client or circumstances of a given project. 6. general consulting: -Treating each client or project on its own merits will dictate the method of consulting used.
